Moser Energy has announced that Peter Dawes has joined Moser Energy as its new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Moser Energy is recognized as a trusted leader with a company history stretching back nearly 50 years,” Peter said. “In addition to outstanding customer service, Moser Energy is highly regarded for its innovation and technical expertise in delivering industry-leading quality and reliability. I look forward to working with our dedicated team at Moser to build upon the company’s rich legacy.”
Peter joins Moser Energy after most recently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer of Capco, LLC. Prior to that, he was President of Global Power’s Mechanical Solutions segment. Previously, Peter held various positions at GE, ABB and Exterran. He holds BA and BS degrees from the University of Notre Dame, an MS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA, with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Peter joins a senior leadership team that has decades of experience serving customers in the energy and power generation space in addition to the many dedicated employees that are part of the Moser Energy family. “The Management team is excited for Peter to join our team. He has a combination of a technical background that allows him to understand our complex systems and strong business skills as proven out by his past success. He will have a positive impact from the production floor to the board room,” said Barry Butler, Chief Financial Officer of Moser Energy.
