Job Description

Job Summary:

The Moser Energy Systems Parts Manager is responsible for inventory management and maintaining the stock of replacement parts. Qualified applicants must perform well under pressure and understand the fluctuating needs for various replacement parts to excel in this role.

 

Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • 1 to 3 years of parts or purchasing experience is preferred.

 

Supervisor:

Supply Chain Manager, unless otherwise designated.

 

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitoring the current parts inventory.
  • Pricing parts to maintain profitability.
  • Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them.
  • Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs.
  • Hiring, supervising, and training parts department staff members.
  • Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.
  • Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.
  • Use the correct tools and use them safely.
  • Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
  • Abide by all policies and procedures established by Moser Energy Systems.
  • Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.

Summary:

The Moser Energy Systems Executive Assistant is responsible for the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk and phones. The ideal candidate is professional and has excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work unsupervised in a professional, efficient, and on-task manner.

 

Education/ Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor degrees preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred.

 

Supervisor:

Director, Human Resources, unless otherwise designated.

 

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Be a friendly greeter to all customers at our facility and over the phone.
  • Answer all phone calls and assign coverage when away from the front desk area.
  • Provide general support to visitors by directing traffic flow, answering questions, etc.
  • Assist Executives with clerical tasks such as organizing, filing, booking travel, etc.
  • Write and send emails to the appropriate departments, keeping management aware of all customer service items.
  • Assist with resolving customer services issues.
  • Some errand running as needed.
  • Keep inventory of office supplies fully stocked and organized.
  • Assist with light cleaning duties to keep office, breakrooms, bathroom, and lobby spaces looking presentable.
  • Assist at special events, as needed.

The Moser Energy Systems Field Preventive Maintenance Technician facilitates maintenance and repairs on Moser Energy Systems equipment for its customers.  Must be willing to work in all outdoor climates, be on call, and travel to various Moser customers in the DJ Basin Region.

 

Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • 1 to 3 years of mechanical experience or the equivalent in professional training is preferred.

 

Supervisor:

Field Supervisor, unless otherwise designated.

 

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Drain the oil and replace it to manufacturer specifications.
  • Inspect the generator for leaks and potential issues.
  • Install new parts, such as air filters, oil filters, and batteries.
  • Lubricate moving parts as necessary, including those in the engine and wheel bearings and ensure the engine is kept clean throughout servicing.
  • Diagnose existing issues and consult with lead mechanics on the team to address the generator issues.
  • Create detailed service reports for customers.
  • Coordinate service dates with lease operators of customer site
  • Maintain reliability and working order of unit fleet.
  • Required to be on call and available 24/7 while on shift.
  • Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.
  • Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.
  • Use the correct tools and use them safely.
  • Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Maintain working knowledge of power generation systems and its components, including knowledge of the mechanical operation, associated hazards, and proper usage of the equipment to troubleshoot and accurately diagnose malfunctions.
  • Troubleshoot, perform diagnostic testing, load-bank testing, start-ups on generators, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on generator systems.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and operational manuals for practical application on repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare accurate quotes for repairs and complete/submit work orders.
  • Coordinate service dates with lease operators of customer site
